I spent the first half of my life in and around the Boston area, and still have the accent to prove it! I’ve been located in Maryland since then. Besides repping all of the Boston sports teams, the most important thing in my life is spending time with the people I care about. I am a firm believer that it is the people you have around you that make the difference in your life, not the places you live or spend time in.
I enjoy reading, writing and working out in my spare time. I have roughly two decades of experience in the mortgage industry, and more than half of that time has been spent managing teams as they cure documents in the Secondary Market mortgage sale environment. I feel very grateful for the opportunity to be a part of our great team here at grid151 and look forward to serving our clients with excellence for years to come!
I hail from the vibrant city of Philadelphia and currently reside in its charming suburbs. My academic journey led me to La Salle University, where I acquired the knowledge that forms the foundation of my skills today. I bring over a decade of experience to the table, specializing in the intricate processes of the title industry alongside my eccentric personality and people skills.
I’ve navigated the ins and outs of this industry, gaining a comprehensive understanding along the way. Outside of work I’m a dedicated wife and mother of three, who enjoys turning our house into a personalized haven through various DIY projects. Whether it’s a small corner makeover or a more significant renovation, I love bringing my ideas to life.
As Senior Project Manager, I enjoy finding the best possible solution for the challenges our industry presents and implementing the perfect processes needed to bring our clients’ projects to a timely completion. With a background of 16 years in operations, I enjoy running the day-to-day tasks with clients and colleagues. I engage in every challenge through honest work, innovation, and efficiency.
For more than twenty years, I’ve been deeply involved in the title industry, constantly pushing the boundaries of operational leadership and innovation. But when I’m not at work, you’ll often find me on the sidelines, enthusiastically cheering on my four sports-loving children as they chase their dreams. I’m a true Philadelphian at heart and a die-hard fan of the Philadelphia Eagles, remaining loyal through thick and thin, always hopeful for a championship season.
Yet, there’s more to me than just work and sports. I also cherish moments of serenity at Wildwood Crest’s beautiful beaches, where I can unwind, reflect, and recharge, preparing myself for the exciting challenges that lie ahead.
I’m a true born and raised Philadelphian, who now resides in the suburbs with my family, including three cats and one seriously oversized dog! I’m a proud Temple University alum, with over 15 years of diverse experience in the title and real estate industry. From refinance and purchase to REO and commercial transactions, I take pride in being able to lead our teams to handle any title scenario.
As the Operations Manager, I take pride in overseeing all departments, ensuring a seamless process from order entry to policy issuance. When I’m not working, I enjoy tackling puzzles, playing board games, building Legos, and laying in the rain during thunderstorms. Along with my most recent hobby of exploring the world of gardening with my husband of 20 years, Mike.
As a Business Analyst, I spend the majority of my time managing the Tax Title Lien department, overseeing all aspects of the title search process from the initial order to final delivery to the client. I also manage internal and external resources and always strive to deliver a first class product. I have been in the title industry for over 8 years. When not working, I enjoy spending my time with my family, taking long walks, having a glass of red wine and eating dark chocolate.
I have 21 years of experience in the title industry, giving me the knowledge, attention to detail, and nationwide closing experience required for managing bulk Single-Family Rental (“SFR”) purchase and refinance transactions. I have a long record of success in leading the SFR team and providing various title curative and title policy services for the Investor Services division.
I am a resident of Delaware, mother of 3 beautiful girls and love spending time with my family. I like putting together puzzles, reading, cooking, playing, and listening to music. I love my church and am part of the Mass Choir. I play a mean trombone and here and there, you may find me on stage rocking out with band buddies or playing with my church’s band.
I was raised in Lancaster County, PA, and spent most of my adult life in New York City where I met my wife and had two boys. I am glad to be back in the Philadelphia area with my family and home of the best sports teams in the nation. Outside of the office I spend most of my time with my family, playing chauffeur, coaching my kids’ sports teams, and having competitive game nights. During the winter months I have become an avid platform tennis player.
I am a VP of Operations who loves to learn and teach. I believe that knowledge is power, and I share my power with anyone who wants it. I love mentoring our team members to give them the knowledge and confidence they need to grow in their careers.
With 20 years of experience in the title industry, I have handled all kinds of transactions, from standard single property residential refinances to multi-state/multi-property commercial bulk acquisitions. I provide operational structure and guidance to the company and our clients with my industry experience and knowledge.
I live with my beautiful wife and three children. I spend time acting as a cook, chauffeur, and resident stand-up comedian to the groans and eye rolls of my loved ones and for better or worse, I am an avid Philadelphia Eagles fan.
I have more than 13 years of experience in the transactional real estate and title industry. I began my career as a transactional real estate attorney where I focused on commercial real estate and title litigation before joining a National Title Company where I helped build a Single Family Residential (SFR) business unit servicing the title and closing needs of our SFR customers, building and designing operations along with implementing marketing and business development strategy.
I enjoy spending time with family and friends, coaching my boys’ sports teams and spending as much time as possible in Folly Beach, South Carolina. I am also an avid college football fan (War Eagle!!!) and enjoy attending and tailgating as many football & basketball games as possible.
Born and raised in Plymouth Meeting, PA. I am a proud alum of Penn State University. Family is the most important thing to me, and with a big family like mine you are never short of good times. Growing up in a male dominant, sports crazy family, being a die-hard Philly sports fan is in my blood. Outside of work, I coach competitive cheerleading, which takes up most of my free time. When I’m not at practice, I enjoy spending time with my friends and family!
I am a native of Southeastern Pennsylvania with the accent to prove it! I love hoagies, soft pretzels, Hershey Park and faithfully cheer for the Eagles. While I have always loved being active, you would typically find me in a gym playing basketball rather than hiking through the woods. However, my adventurous husband and two high-energy boys have been slowly transforming me into more of an “outdoorsy” person over the past few years. While I still have not taken the courageous step of camping in an actual tent, I am the proud owner of hiking boots that have been used at least once.
I believe that home is where the heart lies, and home for me is my wife and my two boys. Spending quality time with family is truly consequential, especially relaxing days at the beach. My passion for information technology runs deep. I love building and innovating, but for me, technology is at its best when it creates opportunities to do a job that customers want done.
Born and raised in the suburbs, I now call the city of Philadelphia home. I’m a proud alumni of Penn State University where I discovered my passion for communications and marketing. Family is everything and with a big Irish one like mine, there’s never a shortage of good times and laughter. Outside of work I love spending time with my friends exploring the city and traveling to new ones. As an avid football fan, Sundays are dedicated to enduring the highs and lows of the Philadelphia Eagles.
Christian. Husband. Dad (5x). Outside of work, you’ll likely find me coaching my kids’ sports teams, being their biggest fan from the stands, or reminding myself of just how far gone the glory days really are through my own occasional athletic pursuits. My wife is my hero. I love my family and my church. I enjoy reading (mostly non-fiction like biographies and history), watching movies (Christopher Nolan and the Coen brothers are favorites), and listening to bluegrass music (the grittier and grainier, the better). At work, I love the challenge of building new things and taking them from 0 to 1.
I’m a Long Island, NY native whose life’s adventures led me up and down the east coast until I found my home in Florida. A proud SNHU graduate, I hold both a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Operations and Project Management. I’ve spent over 20 years navigating the intricacies of the title industry, where I started my career off as a paralegal.
I love spending quality moments with my three kids, being near the water, and raising funds for my non-profit, the Junior Service League of Brooksville. Penguins and Sunflowers, with their unique charm, hold a special place in my heart. On the lighter side of life, I bring creativity into play as a certified Cake Decorating Instructor and draw on my experience as a Chef over several delightful years.
